Welcome to Lapland in June
I’ve lived close to nature my whole life. But for the past year and a half I’ve lived in the middle of nowhere. Truly in the nature. Last year was full of travelling, so the logical choice was to be surrounded by fells, rivers and lakes between the trips. Only to concentrate on the basic things in life and to be able to generate ideas.
That really got me thinking. I need to give something back, there’s just no other way. I want you to feel the same and have the same blissfull sensation in your everyday life. Life is hectic, full of schedules and screens not to mention loads of stress. What if at least for one single weekend you could leave all your worries and schedules behind and be able to concentrate on your thoughts?
So what will happen in June? During the weekend between 17th and 19th we will be schedule-free. To be more specific, you will be, I will take care of the rest. There will be hiking in places masses can’t reach, kettlebell lifting, bodyweight training, relaxation exercises, sauna, swimming in a pond, eating, sitting by the fire, discussions, cooking and much more. Most importantly rush will not be present. You will learn how to approach your wellness in a more relaxed way.
All of this will be included:
- Accommodation from Friday to Sunday
- Breakfast on Saturday and Sunday
- Dinner on Friday and Saturday
- 1 physical exercise on Friday, 3 on Saturday and 1 on Sunday
- Stress- and schedule free environment
