Hello world! I just got back from one of the most memorable trips of my lifetime. I spent a few weeks in West Bengal and Sikkim area doing a lots of training related stuff, which you will find out later.
For sure the starting point of this whole project is a bit selfish as one wants to do what is best for himself and what he feels he needs to do. But the biggest source of inspiration comes from a genuine will to change the way people approach this thing called fitness. I will dig deeper into this matter during my journeys, but the first thing to do is to relax and calm down. Try to approach your training and everything involved in it differently than you do now and miracles will happen.
